VOSAP: Magnificent multimorbidity

These two female figures are both self portraits, showing my multiple morbidities. My nakedness illustrates how vulnerable I can be.

I’m also showing that I am more than a set of diagnoses: I am a human being and a woman.

Both of the images are a collage of photographs.
In my side-view, I have a bony skull for a head, the top of which is cut off to reveal the workings of my brain. The cannon I have for a left leg illustrates how heavy this leg can feel. On my right hip there is an obvious, large surgical scar.
My forward-facing self has an old TV-set for a head, showing my large abnormal eyes and scarlet rosebud mouth. My left leg is still a cannon. My right leg and left trunk show dermatomes: the areas of skin supplied by a single nerve
